1. Shipping & Handling;

(a) Shipping will be handled by Australia POST, unless otherwise specified.
(b) Shipping costs will be displayed along with the cost of the item being purchased. If shipping costs are not displayed, then please email sales@houseofspeed.com.au for a quote.
(c) All deliveries will need to be signed for. If there is no one to sign for the package then a reminder slip will be issued by Australia POST asking for the package to be picked up at your nearest post office.
(d) All care is taken when packaging goods and a photo of all packages leaving House of Speed will be stored alongside your order number, for your protection and ours.
(e) International orders are welcome and are subject to the same terms and conditions as mentioned above.


2. Returns, Refunds, Warranties and Cancellations;

(a) Returns must be sent back to House of Speed within 14 days of taking delivery of the package. Proof of delivery date will be required.
(b) Returns and Refunds outside of the 14 day window are subject to a 20% restocking fee, No Exceptions. You are also responsible for the delivery charges back to House of Speed.
(c) Returns, Refunds and Cancellations are at the discretion of House of Speed. There must be a valid reason for Cancelling, Returning or requesting a Refund.
(d) All Returns and Refunds and need to be emailed through so we can send you back a RA (Return Authority) number. Packages received without an RA number will not be processed and returned to sender.
(e) All Returns and Refunds and are to be sent back in the original packaging it was sent in and be free from damage and must not have been previously installed. If the item has been used or damaged in any way then we will not approve refunds.


3. Payment & Tax Charges;

(a) Payment Methods include; Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit, PayPal.
(b) If you take the option of paying via PayPal then we will only ship to the confirmed address associated with that particular PayPal account. When using PayPal, all payments must be made using Australia dollars.
(c) All prices and products listed are subject to change without notice. House of Speed will do its best to make sure that all parts, availability and pricing are up to date.
(d) All prices listed on our web site are inclusive of GST.


4. Copyright;

(a) The HOS logo and all pictures so marked with the HOS logo or property of House of Speed and will remain property of House of Speed unless permission is given in writing to permit its use.
(b) Use of the House of Speed name is prohibited unless permission is given.
